Business activity:

Our company is both a debt collection agency and credit information agency operating in Austria and abroad. Founded in 1950, it has since then become one of the major Austrian debt collecting agencies. It is registered in the Commercial Register at the Landesgericht Klagenfurt
(Klagenfurt Federal Country Court) under the registration number 279078i. Our international VAT number is: ATU 62648139. We are member of the IVOE (Inkassoverband Oesterreich, the Austrian Association of Collecting Agencies), the Austrian branch of FEBIS , and are the Austrian member of the TCM Group International Ltd., a worldwide network of independently owned collecting agencies. Besides, we are member of the German Chamber of Commerce in Austria and of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Austria. Amongst our clients there are well-known banks, service companies, adult education establishments, commercial companies, mail order companies, insurance companies, private radio stations and publishers. The main emphasis of our activity lies in debt collection and in preventive credit control.

In Austria we have a dense information and field service network.
Abroad we have well established business connections with colleagues at our disposal. We have links with lawyers in all leading locations in Austria and the neighbouring foreign countries, together with a less dense network of lawyers elsewhere in Europe. Correspondence is
normally conducted in German, although we are also able to correspond
in English, French, Italian, Dutch and Croatian.
